MedVici Ambassadors
A MedVici Ambassador is a recognised figure from medicine, sport or healthcare who publicly represents MedVici Health in a clearly defined home market or specialist segment. Ambassadors raise awareness of structured access to medical care in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and are the first local point of contact.
They do not refer patients and have no influence on the choice of doctor or clinic.

What an Ambassador does
Inform
Ambassadors explain how MedVici works, which steps treatment abroad involves and which documents are required.
Connect
They speak the language of their market and know its expectations regarding care, discretion and family. Patients and relatives thus have a first contact they can trust.
Represent
Ambassadors represent MedVici to the media, associations, clubs and professional circles in their mandate area.
Report back
They pass questions and experiences from their market back to MedVici. This allows processes and information to improve continuously.
What an Ambassador does not do
- Ambassadors do not give medical advice and do not establish any indication.
- They do not recommend any particular doctor or clinic. The choice is made by the patient alone, together with their doctors.
- They accept neither health data nor payments. Medical records are transmitted exclusively through MedVici’s encrypted channel.
How Ambassadors are selected
MedVici awards each mandate individually and deliberately rarely. Two requirements must be met together:
Professional reputation
Active, recognised work in one’s own field, demonstrable through position, publications or roles in professional societies, together with a clear commitment to ethical and compliance standards.
Trust in the market
An established network in the mandate area, as well as linguistic and cultural closeness to the people there who seek care in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
Two types of mandate
Regional
A country or region, for example an Ambassador for Albania.
Specialist
A specialist segment across national borders, for example an Ambassador for international professional football.
Each mandate is exclusive. There is one Ambassador per area or segment, so that patients and partners know clearly who is speaking.
Your path remains open
No one has to go through an Ambassador. Any enquiry can be sent directly to MedVici, with the same process.
Ambassadors represent MedVici Health on the basis of a written agreement and have committed to adhering to our compliance principles.

No. You can contact MedVici directly at any time. The process is the same in both cases.
May I send my medical records to an Ambassador?
Please do not. Health data does not belong in an ordinary email. MedVici provides an encrypted channel for medical records and imaging.
How does one become a MedVici Ambassador?
