For employers with international staff and seconded employees: finding doctors who speak their own language and using documented information on facilities. The employer receives no health data; what happens between patient, MedVici and facility remains confidential.
Authorities and embassies
For government bodies that support citizens during treatment in Germany, Austria or Switzerland: documented processes, payment for treatment directly to the facility, no commission and no referrals. MedVici declines where the origin of funds cannot be traced.
Insurers and payers
For private insurers and payers: a documented path from findings to facility, with no mark-up on treatment costs. The facility invoices directly; MedVici invoices only its own fee.

- No. Health data go only to the recipients that the person concerned confirms personally.
- What does use cost the individual?
- The search and all information are free of charge. Support on request requires a service contract; the costs are settled before the service is commissioned.
- How is a cooperation agreed?
- In a conversation, tailored to your organisation; scope and costs are set down in writing in advance.
